Banh Bot Loc--a Central Vietnamese Delicacy, non-vegetarian


Ingredients:
Shrimp (or tofu and mushroom for the vegetarian version)
tapioca flour
scallion, fresh
scallion, fried
pepper
olive oil (to drizzle on)
cooking pan
water to boil
sauce: fish sauce with sugar and lemon or if vegetarian, substitute with soy sauce
