Stir Fry: Taiwanese Bamboo and Tofu

Ingredients
1 bag of bamboo (from Taiwan)
1 banana pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 cup of bbq tofu (thinly sliced)
1 cup white onion
2 tbsp Taiwanese vegetarian bbq sauce
1/3 cup of shiitake mushroom (sliced)

Instructions:
1. heat up pan
2. Add mushroom, bamboo, sauce
3. Add tofu
4. Stir until ingredients are cooked
5. Add white onion, bell pepper, banana pepper
5. Garnish with cilantro & white pepper (according to your taste taste)
6. Serve with white rice
