Banana Pepper Stuffed with Cheddar Cheese

4 banana peppers (remove seeds)
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper,
 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 
a pinch of oregano

1.Remove seeds from banana pepper (cut the large end and use a small spoon to remove internal contents)
2. mix black pepper, salt, oreganon with cheddar chees
3. stuff banana pepper with cheese
4. Place on tray (at an angle to prevent cheese from spilling out)
5. Bake for 10-15 minute at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
